As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a **Crypto Trader (Manual / Discretionary)** to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to actively trade digital assets using discretionary strategies, identify market opportunities, and manage capital in real time. The ideal candidate has strong market intuition, experience in active trading, and the ability to perform in fast-moving and volatile environments. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute discretionary trading strategies across cryptocurrency markets (spot, perps, and derivatives). - Monitor market conditions, price action, and macro trends in real time. - Identify short-term and medium-term trading opportunities based on technical and fundamental analysis. - Manage capital allocation, position sizing, and risk exposure. - React quickly to market movements, news events, and volatility spikes. - Track performance metrics, trading logs, and profitability. - Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve trading strategies. - Utilize Xpan’s infrastructure and tools to optimize execution and performance. - Stay updated on crypto market developments, narratives, and liquidity trends. **Requirements** - Proven experience trading cryptocurrencies (manual/discretionary trading preferred). - Strong understanding of market structure, price action, and trading psychology. - Experience with spot, perpetual futures, and/or derivatives trading. - Solid risk management skills and disciplined trading approach. - Familiarity with major exchanges (e.g., Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, Kraken). - Ability to make fast, independent decisions in high-pressure environments. - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - No coding required, but familiarity with trading tools/platforms is a plus. - Fluent English communication skills. **What We Offer** - Competitive annual compensation: **$95,000 – $160,000** - Performance-based bonuses tied to trading results (PnL-based incentives). - Fully remote work with flexible working hours. - Access to advanced trading infrastructure and liquidity. - Opportunity to work alongside experienced traders and market professionals. - High-performance, fast-paced trading environment. - Continuous learning and exposure to global crypto markets.
