We combine macroeconomic research, institutional tools, and execution-level insights to train high-performance trading talent through real-world market immersion. **Role Overview** As a Crypto Trading Intern, you will work closely with our live crypto desk, analyzing major coins and altcoins, executing trades, and building crypto-specific strategies. You’ll dive into real-time technical setups, market sentiment analysis, and risk-adjusted portfolio construction while understanding the unique dynamics of the crypto market. **Key Responsibilities** 1.     Analyze key cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, etc.) for day and swing trade opportunities 2.     Study price action, candlestick setups, and news-driven volatility 3.     Monitor on-chain metrics, funding rates, and sentiment indexes (Fear & Greed, Open Interest) 4.     Execute demo or real trades under expert supervision 5.     Maintain a professional trade journal with setup rationales and reviews 6.     Participate in backtesting, performance tracking, and risk management simulations 7.     Contribute to high-volatility crypto portfolio research with risk-managed strategies **Who Should Apply?** 1.     Students or graduates in Finance, Blockchain, Tech, or Economics 2.     Passion for crypto markets, DeFi, market structure, and trading psychology 3.     Hands-on with tools like Binance, TradingView, CoinGlass, or Glassnode 4.     Curious, disciplined, and eager to learn execution-first trading 5.     Any demo or simulated trading experience is a bonus **What You’ll Gain** 1.     Deep exposure to real-time crypto trading, analysis, and execution 2.     Learn from senior crypto strategists and technical mentors 3.     Up to ₹20,000/month stipend, based on performance 4.     PPO opportunity for top performers 5.     Letter of Recommendation (LOR) & Internship Certificate 6.     Weekly strategy calls and live mentorship support **Start Date:** Immediate preferred
