Crypto Trading & Portfolio Strategist

**About the Role** We are looking for a Crypto Trading & Portfolio Strategist to join our investment team and take ownership of trade execution, portfolio management, and strategy implementation across centralized exchanges and DeFi protocols. This role combines active trading, portfolio monitoring, and operational oversight — ideal for someone who understands both market microstructure and the practical side of managing digital asset portfolios. You will work closely with the investment team to deploy capital across spot, futures, and DeFi strategies, monitor performance, and ensure operational accuracy across all trading activity. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute and manage trades across spot, futures, and perpetual markets on centralized exchanges - Monitor and adjust portfolio positions based on market conditions and risk parameters - Implement yield strategies across DeFi protocols: liquidity provision, staking, lending - Manage wallet operations: deposits, withdrawals, address whitelisting, and transaction verification - Track portfolio performance, P&L, and risk exposure across all positions - Reconcile trading activity with exchange records and internal systems - Monitor network conditions, gas fees, and transaction performance - Support the development of new trading strategies and infrastructure improvements **What We’re Looking For** - Proven experience trading crypto on centralized exchanges (Binance, Kraken, Bybit, etc.) - Strong understanding of spot, futures, and perpetual markets - Familiarity with DeFi protocols and on‑chain yield strategies - Hands‑on experience with non‑custodial wallets and transaction verification - Solid grasp of risk management, position sizing, and portfolio monitoring - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple strategies simultaneously - Candidates with a mix of CEX trading, DeFi, and portfolio experience will stand out **What We Offer** - Competitive base salary: $160,000 – $190,000 + performance bonus - Fully remote — work from anywhere - Direct exposure to live trading strategies and portfolio decisions - Long‑term growth in a fast‑scaling digital asset firm - Collaborative, transparent, and high‑trust team culture **About Madista Mundus** We are a forward‑looking digital asset investment firm focused on capturing value across decentralized finance, blockchain infrastructure, and emerging crypto markets.
