**Crypto Treasury Analyst (Full Time) Mandarin** **Industry: Digital Entertainment Industry** **Working Days: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)** **Working Mode: It will be either on hybrid 1 week office or 1 week work from home Or it will be fully work from home and occasional office visit when required (Yet to be finalized)** **Basic Salary Budget:- Up to RM 10K** **About the Role** We are seeking a **Crypto Treasury Analyst** to join our Finance & Operations team Key Responsibilities - **Market Monitoring:** Track crypto markets and platforms to identify the best cashout timing, rates, and networks. - **Advisory Role:** Provide structured recommendations to Finance & Ops on optimal execution strategies. - **Platform Research:** Evaluate and test new platforms/networks for efficiency, lower costs, and stablecoin adoption. - **Trend Analysis:** Stay ahead of macro crypto developments (regulation, forks, stablecoin launches) that impact liquidity and operations. - **Record-Keeping:** Maintain clear audit trails of recommendations, platforms assessed, and final execution decisions. - **Risk Management:** Flag potential risks (fraud, volatility, congestion, compliance) before execution. - **Process Improvement:** Support the transition from manual workflows toward semi-automation and future treasury tools. **What This Role Offers** - **Ownership & Visibility:** First hire in crypto treasury, reporting directly to Finance/Operations leadership. - **Exploration & Innovation:** Freedom to research, test, and propose improvements in treasury execution. - **Direct Impact:** Your recommendations directly shape margins and customer satisfaction. - **Career Growth:** Opportunity to advance into Treasury Optimization Specialist or Digital Asset Treasury Lead roles. - **Collaborative Learning:** Work closely with Finance Ops and share knowledge across the team. **Must-Have** - 2–4 years of experience in **crypto operations, treasury, trading support, or fintech payments** . - Strong understanding of **blockchain networks, stablecoins, gas fees, and exchange mechanics** . - Hands-on experience with **blockchain explorers, wallets, and rate-monitoring tools** . - Analytical mindset with sensitivity to market dynamics. - High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial data. - Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to propose structured recommendations. **Nice-to-Have** - Experience in **remittance, cross-border payments, or FX settlement** . - Familiarity with **treasury dashboards, arbitrage tools, or transaction monitoring systems** . - Background in **SEA crypto/fintech/iGaming operators** with knowledge of regional platforms/networks. - Basic technical skills (Excel, Python, Looker, or similar) for automation or dashboards. - Understanding of **compliance, KYC, and AML practices** in digital asset transactions.
