**About us** Kash Media Group LLC (Kash Agency) is a marketing and growth team focused on digital creators operating at scale across global platforms. As payout volumes and cross-border complexity increase, we are building a compliance-first crypto treasury lane for stablecoin workflows, partner rails, and auditable operations. **About the role** You will own the operating model for stablecoin-first payouts and related treasury movement: vendor selection, daily operations, controls, reconciliation discipline, and clear handoffs to Finance. You are expected to train team leads so execution stays consistent without heroics. **What you will do** - Design and run stablecoin payout operations (e.g., USDC/USDT where applicable), including monitoring, limits, approvals, and exception handling. - Manage relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, custodians, and on/off-ramp partners; negotiate commercials and SLAs. - Implement internal controls: dual approvals, segregation of duties, incident playbooks, and monthly reconciliation routines. - Partner with Finance on FX + liquidity planning; work with compliance/legal advisors on KYC/AML expectations for jurisdictions we touch. - Train Sales/Ops leadership on accurate client communication (what we can commit to vs cannot), reducing operational and reputational risk. **What strong looks like** - You have moved real funds (fiat and/or crypto) at meaningful monthly volume—not only experimental trading. - You can explain speed vs cost vs risk trade-offs clearly to non-crypto stakeholders. - You default to documentation: policies, runbooks, and audit trails. **Nice to have** - Experience with creator payouts, marketplaces, or high-volume support operations. - Familiarity with accounting exports (e.g., QuickBooks) and clean finance handoffs. **Compensation** - Base (gross annual equivalent): USD 86,400 – 129,600 / year, depending on seniority, scope, and prior responsibilities. - Variable / performance: up to 10–20% annually, tied to written outcomes (e.g., payout success rate, reconciliation timeliness, rail cost efficiency, incident reduction). - Contractor alternative (if used): USD 7,200 – 11,400 / month for an agreed hour cap and deliverables.
