In this position, you will conduct market research, track sector trends, run competitive analysis, and identify potential investment opportunities across the crypto and blockchain landscape. You will collaborate with internal teams to assess startup potential, prepare investment memos, and deliver data-backed recommendations to leadership for decision-making. **Qualifications** - Strong analytical capabilities in market research, financial analysis, and competitive evaluation - Solid understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, especially crypto wallet technologies - Prior exposure to venture capital, startup ecosystems, or investment assessment is preferred - Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools; familiarity with Web3 platforms is an advantage - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus) - Genuine interest in technology, innovation, and emerging financial ecosystems **Base Salary: $270,000 - $320,000 annually** **End-of-year bonus based on performance results of up to 20% of annual salary**
