Crypto Wallet & Trading Operations Specialist

As we expand our digital asset operations, we are seeking a highly organized and security-focused Crypto Wallet & Trading Operations Specialist to manage wallet infrastructure and support daily trading execution. This is a fully remote role based in France, offering the opportunity to play a mission-critical part in safeguarding assets and optimizing operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and maintain multi-chain wallet infrastructure (hot, cold, and hardware wallets).
- Execute, monitor, and verify digital asset transfers across multiple blockchains and exchanges.
- Perform daily reconciliation of wallets, exchange balances, and internal ledgers.
- Support trading desk operations including funding, collateral movements, and settlement processes.
- Monitor gas fees, transaction confirmations, and blockchain network conditions to optimize execution efficiency.
- Implement and maintain strict security protocols for private key management and access controls.
- Coordinate with compliance, risk, and finance teams to ensure transparent reporting and operational integrity.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve transaction processing and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in crypto operations, digital asset trading support, or exchange operations.
- Strong understanding of blockchain networks such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, including transaction lifecycle and wallet structures.
- Experience working with centralized exchanges, custodians, and DeFi platforms.
- Knowledge of operational risk management, reconciliation processes, and settlement workflows.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
