About the Role
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and ticketing systems regarding accounts, wallets, and transactions.
- Assist users with onboarding, KYC verification, and account-related issues.
- Support customers with deposits, withdrawals, trading issues, and transaction tracking.
- Educate users on platform features, security practices, and basic blockchain concepts.
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies or delays.
- Escalate technical, compliance, or security-related issues when required.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities in line with AML and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet defined SLAs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on cryptocurrency trends, token listings, and regulatory developments.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, wallets, exchanges, and trading concepts.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 shift-based environment.
- Proficiency in CRM or ticketing systems.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility regarding security and data privacy.
