Cybersecurity Specialist (Blockchain experience)

We are seeking a **Cybersecurity Specialist** with experience in **blockchain and digital assets** , digital asset infrastructure, and blockchain-based services from evolving cyber threats. **Responsibilities** - Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats across blockchain and cloud environments. - Conduct security assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing. - Secure digital asset custody platforms, wallets, key management systems, and blockchain integrations. - Review smart contracts, APIs, and blockchain applications for security vulnerabilities. - Implement security controls aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements. - Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis. - Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Risk teams to enhance platform security. **Profile** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or other relevant discipline - 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Security Operations. - Experience securing blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital asset platforms. - Strong knowledge of cryptography, PKI, HSM, MPC wallets, and key management. - Experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning, and threat hunting. - Knowledge of blockchain protocols, wallet security, smart contracts, and digital asset custody. - Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Hands-on experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls. - Experience in banking, fintech, digital assets, or cryptocurrency industries. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or blockchain security certifications. - Knowledge of Ethereum, Bitcoin, tokenization, and smart contract security.
