DeFi Capital Manager (Crypto)

Jazeera Ventures is expanding its digital asset initiatives and is seeking a DeFi Capital Manager (Crypto) to support capital deployment and performance across decentralized finance markets. The role focuses on allocating capital across DeFi protocols, monitoring performance, and maintaining structured oversight of asset deployment across blockchain environments. The position contributes to disciplined capital management and consistent performance across digital asset initiatives at Jazeera Ventures. Responsibilities • Allocate capital across DeFi protocols and platforms. • Monitor performance of deployed capital across decentralized finance environments. • Track asset allocation across liquidity pools and lending platforms. • Maintain reporting related to capital deployment and performance. • Assess risk exposure associated with protocol participation. • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities across DeFi markets. • Support internal stakeholders with insights into capital performance. • Maintain documentation related to capital management processes. Requirements • Experience working with DeFi protocols or decentralized exchanges. • Understanding of capital allocation within decentralized finance environments. • Experience evaluating digital asset investment opportunities. • Familiarity with blockchain transaction flows and network mechanics. • Experience using DeFi analytics tools and blockchain explorers. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills. • Professional fluency in English. • Ability to operate in fast-moving digital asset environments. Important: Candidates must have experience allocating or managing capital within DeFi or crypto environments. Compensation Base Salary: 135,000 - 175,000 USD per year Token Allocation: Optional Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to capital performance and allocation efficiency
