Our innovative approach enables easy access to property markets. **Role Description** We are seeking a full-time DeFi Trader (On-Chain Execution) to manage and execute trades on decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms. This remote role involves researching market trends, analyzing data, implementing automated trading strategies, and monitoring on-chain liquidity pools. The DeFi Trader will also manage risk effectively, optimize trading execution, and collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative trading strategies and solutions. **Qualifications** - Strong knowledge of DeFi platforms, on-chain trading protocols, and liquidity pools - Experience in data analysis, market research, and blockchain technology - Solid understanding of risk management and trade optimization strategies - Proficiency with programming languages like Python, Solidity, or smart contract development - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred - Prior experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain trading is a plus
