Digital Asset (Crypto) Product Manager

**Company Overview** DK Bank is a leading Bhutanese financial institution serving as the official bank of Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC). With a mandate to integrate innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric services with a vision to expand globally; DK Bank is pioneering new financial models for the digital era. **Role Purpose** Work with partners to build up the bank’s crypto product stack (e.g., stable-coin/asset tokens, wallet & custody integrations, on/off-ramp). **Key Responsibilities** - Execute strategy and roadmap for stable-coin/crypto services for both retail and institutional use cases, both locally and globally - Integrate custody, blockchain infrastructure, and liquidity partners to build scalable partner network across geographies - Define and execute on the crypto roadmap, including end-to-end SDLC management, from product requirements to technical discussions to testing to go live - Work with AML to ensure crypto compliance (travel rule, chain analytics, sanctions screening) with local regulations - Coordinate cross-border launch plans with Payments/FX and Channels product teams - Conduct market benchmarking, data analysis and user studies to optimize platform features and customer utilization - Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree, with technical background preferred - At least 3 years of working experience, with domain knowledge of Crypto payments - Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for digital assets; comfortable in engaging with regulators and internal risk functions - Technical literacy in wallets, addresses, custody models, and settlement flows **What We Offer** - A competitive compensation package with potential share offer from a promising sovereign backed fintech company - Works with top industry players in blockchain and cryptocurrency industry with exciting projects. - Conducive work environment - Works with a dynamic, young and passionate team.
