This is a senior leadership role that will own the entire liquidity strategy and build the secondary markets that make enterprise blockchain truly tradable and liquid. **This role is built for you if:** - You live and breathe institutional liquidity, market making, and secondary trading in blockchain environments - You have deep experience structuring liquidity pools, market-making agreements, and capital market mechanisms for tokenized assets - You know how to drive tight spreads, high volume, low slippage and institutional participation in emerging on-chain markets - You already manage your own meaningful positions in tokenized assets, enterprise tokens or related blockchain markets - You thrive at the intersection of traditional capital markets and DeFi-style liquidity **What you will own:** - Develop and execute the full institutional liquidity strategy across all our blockchain solutions and tokenized products - Build and manage relationships with top-tier market makers, liquidity providers, institutional traders, hedge funds and DeFi protocols - Structure incentive programs, liquidity mining mechanisms, market-making agreements and secondary market infrastructure that bring real depth and daily volume - Design and launch dedicated liquidity pools and order books for enterprise assets (invoices, supply chain tokens, carbon instruments, commodities and custom RWAs) - Monitor order book health, slippage, spreads and trading efficiency in real time, continuously optimizing for institutional standards - Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance and sales teams to integrate liquidity features directly into our enterprise platforms - Drive partnerships that connect traditional financial institutions with our blockchain liquidity solutions and unlock new capital flows - Set clear KPIs (volume, TVL, spread tightening, institutional adoption) and report directly on impact to growth and revenue **What we offer:** - $200,000 USD base salary + generous token package with significant upside - Full global health insurance (covers you anywhere) - Unlimited PTO and completely flexible remote-first schedule - Home office stipend + $3,000+ annual learning & conference budget - Real ownership - your liquidity strategies will directly move millions in trading volume, TVL and client adoption If you have the network, the track record and the skin in the game to build deep institutional liquidity on enterprise blockchain - this is your chance to lead the next chapter of tokenized business finance.
