**Director of Sales – Crypto / Web3**

They are entering a new phase of international expansion across
**Europe and North America**
and are looking for a
**Director of Sales**
to own revenue growth, build the go‑to‑market engine, and lead our sales organization.
**Role Overview**
- As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Owning the revenue number across Europe and the US
- Building and leading a high‑performing crypto sales team
- Driving new logo acquisition and expansion across key customer segments (exchanges, fintechs, brokers, asset managers, payment companies, and Web3 projects)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the go‑to‑market and sales strategy for Europe and the US.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for high‑value prospects, from prospecting through close.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline across priority segments (crypto exchanges, trading firms, fintechs, neobanks, institutional investors, Web3 infrastructure companies).
- Deliver reliable forecasts and pipeline visibility to the leadership team.
- Sales Process & Operational Excellence
- Implement and continuously refine scalable sales processes, playbooks, and methodologies suited to complex, multi‑stakeholder crypto deals.
- Drive CRM discipline, data hygiene, and actionable reporting.
- Optimize pricing, packaging, and positioning in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
- Enterprise & Strategic Deals
- Personally lead strategic and enterprise‑level deals, including multi‑jurisdiction and multi‑entity structures.
- Navigate compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations common in the crypto ecosystem.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in partnership with Legal and Finance.
- Market & Ecosystem Engagement
- Build executive relationships with key players across the crypto, DeFi, and institutional digital asset ecosystem.
**About You**
- 7+ years in B2B sales with at least 3–4 years in a sales leadership or director‑level role.
- Strong track record selling in cryptocurrency, Web3, fintech, or financial infrastructure (e.g., exchanges, custody, payment rails, trading tools, institutional crypto services).
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals with financial institutions or high‑growth fintechs.
- Domain Knowledge
- Solid understanding of crypto markets, exchanges, custody, stablecoins, DeFi, and/or blockchain infrastructure.
- Comfortable discussing topics such as trading flows, liquidity, KYC/AML, on‑/off‑ramping, and regulatory considerations.
