Engineering Delivery Manager – Web3 / Blockchain /

We are looking for an **Engineering Delivery Manager – Web3 / Blockchain / Full Stack** who can combine **strong technical expertise with engineering leadership and delivery ownership**. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineering professional who has worked with **Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, Web3 and modern full-stack technologies** and is ready to take ownership of large-scale engineering delivery. You will work closely with engineering, product and business teams to turn ideas into **secure, scalable and production-ready blockchain and full-stack applications**. If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, leading engineers, reviewing architecture and making sure projects are delivered successfully — **we would love to hear from you.** What You’ll Do: Engineering Leadership - Lead, mentor and develop high-performing software engineering teams. - Provide technical direction and support engineers in solving complex problems. - Build a strong culture of ownership, engineering quality and continuous improvement. - Conduct technical discussions, architecture reviews and code/design reviews. Web3 & Blockchain - Lead development of **Ethereum and Solidity-based applications**. - Work with **Smart Contracts, Web3 applications and blockchain architectures**. - Guide teams on security, scalability, performance, and best practices for blockchain systems. - Participate in the architecture and technical design of decentralized applications and Web3 platforms. Full-Stack Engineering - Provide technical guidance across: - **Solidity** - **Ethereum** - **Smart Contracts** - **Node.js** - **NestJS** - **React.js** - **Next.js** - **TypeScript** - Review scalable backend, frontend, and API architectures. - Ensure engineering teams follow high standards for code quality, testing, and performance. Delivery & Project Management - Own engineering delivery from **planning → architecture → development → testing → deployment → production**. - Work with Product, Business and Engineering stakeholders to define priorities and milestones. - Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. - Track project timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery commitments. - Identify delivery challenges early and drive them toward resolution. Cloud, DevOps & Production - Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams on: - **AWS** - **Docker** - **Kubernetes** - **CI/CD** - Cloud infrastructure - Production deployments - Drive engineering practices around security, reliability, scalability, and performance. What We’re Looking For: Must Have - **8+ years of professional software engineering experience.** - **2+ years of experience leading engineering/software development teams.** - Strong hands-on experience with **Blockchain, Ethereum, Solidity, Web3, and Smart Contracts**. - Strong experience with **Node.js and Nest JS**. - Strong experience with **React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript**. - Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable application development. - Proven experience managing engineering delivery and technical execution. - Experience working with **Agile/Scrum methodologies**. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams. Good to Have - Experience with **AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes**. - Experience building CI/CD pipelines and production deployment processes. - Experience with DeFi, DApps, Web3 platforms or cryptocurrency products. - Experience in FinTech or SaaS products. - Experience working with international engineering/product teams. - Previous experience working on large-scale or high-traffic applications.
