The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules, mentoring students, conducting workshops, and staying updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing educational materials, guiding learners on hands-on projects, and assessing performance to foster growth and understanding in blockchain concepts and applications. **Qualifications** - In-depth knowledge of Blockchain Technology, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), and Cryptography - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Solidity, and understanding of smart contract development - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to students and professionals with different levels of expertise - Experience designing course materials, delivering lectures, and guiding hands-on blockchain projects - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain technology - Effective communication, interpersonal, and mentorship skills - Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications in blockchain technologies are a plus - Prior teaching or curriculum development experience is highly desirable
