In this role, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for crypto portfolios and investment activities. You will track financial performance, ensure accurate and compliant reporting, and evaluate market movements to deliver actionable recommendations. The position also includes close collaboration with internal teams to shape financial strategy, manage risk exposure, and improve overall investment outcomes. **Qualifications** - Solid experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset investment trends - Ability to perform market research and translate data into clear financial insights - Expertise in financial analysis, compliance control, and risk management - Advanced skills in financial modeling and financial software/tools - Strong problem-solving ability, strategic mindset, and high attention to detail - Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment - Previous experience in fund management, particularly in crypto or venture capital, is highly advantageous **Base Salary: $220,000 - $250,000 annually** **End-of-year bonus based on performance results of up to 20% of annual salary**
