Full Stack Developer – Crypto Admin/Operations App

We are hiring an experienced **Full Stack Developer** to build our internal admin and operations app for our crypto, gift card, customer management, trade tracking, wallet, finance, and reporting workflow. We need someone who can build a secure, scalable, and automated system that will help our team manage daily operations more efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** - Build a full backend/admin dashboard for operations - Develop customer and lead management flow - Build trade tracking and reporting features - Integrate crypto wallet generation and transaction tracking - Add duplicate transaction hash detection - Build staff conversion and commission tracking - Create role-based access and permission control - Automate daily, monthly, and yearly reports - Support Excel/CSV import and export where needed - Work closely with the UI/UX designer to bring clean designs to life **Requirements** - Strong experience with full stack development - Experience building admin dashboards, CRM, fintech, or operations systems - Strong frontend and backend skills - Ability to interpret UI/UX designs and implement them properly - Experience with secure authentication and role permissions - Knowledge of crypto wallet systems or blockchain APIs is an advantage - Must be serious, detailed, and able to deliver clean work **Preferred Skills** React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS/Express, PostgreSQL/MySQL, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, cloud deployment, dashboard development.
