Futures BD (Korea Market) – Crypto Exchange

Location Remote – South Korea About the Role We are looking for an experienced Futures BD professional to lead user growth and strategic partnerships in the Korean market for our crypto derivatives exchange. The ideal candidate has strong experience in centralized exchange (CEX) futures business development, understands the Korean crypto ecosystem, and possesses solid local resources across KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, and high-volume traders. Key Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Korean crypto KOLs, affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs), trading communities, agencies, and professional traders. - Develop and execute localized business development strategies to drive user acquisition, trading volume growth, and market expansion in South Korea. - Expand and manage partnership channels, including influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and trading communities. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis on the Korean crypto market and provide strategic insights on local trends and user behavior. - Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and tech teams to support local campaigns and partnership initiatives. - Lead partnership negotiations and support contract execution to ensure alignment with company objectives and growth targets. - Monitor and report partnership performance, campaign effectiveness, and key growth metrics regularly. Requirements - Proven experience in Business Development for centralized crypto exchanges, particularly in futures/derivatives trading. - Strong understanding of affiliate systems, IB structures, rebate mechanisms, and crypto user acquisition strategies. - Existing network/resources with Korean crypto KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, agencies, or institutional/high-volume traders. - Solid understanding of the Korean crypto market, trading culture, and local user behavior. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships. - Strong analytical and market research skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities. - Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
