Global Talent Acquisition Specialist - Web3 / Tech

- **This is a fully remote role** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with experience in the Web 3 industry. This role is crucial in helping us build a strong team to drive our mission forward. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies - Source and attract candidates through various channels - Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers - Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity - Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers - Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed **Qualifications** : - 3-5+ Year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the investment, fin-tech, crypto industry - Effective communication in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin and English speaking stakeholders - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast paced environment. - Strong values, ethics and integrity - Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto/Investment companies would be a plus
