We are not considering applicants who require sponsorship for visa** As an Account Manager on the Growth Team, you will play a pivotal role in client servicing, account management, and business development. Initially, you will focus on client-facing account management (75%) and gradually transition into a hybrid sales role with a strong emphasis on lead generation and business acquisition. **Key Responsibilities:** Account Management & Servicing: - Collaborate with founders to address startup growth needs, including back-office operations, marketing, legal, finance, and corporate development. - Shadow colleagues to learn client servicing best practices before transitioning into a client-facing lead role. Sales & Business Development: - Master lead generation, attend networking events, and build relationships with key stakeholders including founders, market makers, and exchanges (CEX/DEX). - Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow business accounts. - Establish relationships with channel partners such as VCs, incubators, accelerators, and startup networks to generate leads. - Conduct research to understand and add value to clients’ market positioning. - Stay updated on tokenomics models and Web3 developments to better advise clients. - Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless client experiences. - Maintain accurate records of company and client data to ensure streamlined operations. **What We Are Looking For** We are looking for a high-EQ, driven individual with a passion for business development, account management, or strategic partnerships.
