Growth & Marketing Manager — Web3, Crypto & AI **Location:** Remote / Dubai/ India **Experience:** 3–6 years **Employment Type:** Full-time **Level:** Mid-Level We’re not looking for someone who just “does marketing.” We’re looking for someone who **understands the internet-native economy, speaks cypto, understands AI, and knows how to turn products into movements.** **You’ll work across a portfolio of products spanning Web3, crypto, AI, trading, prediction markets and emerging technology** —including **UniMarkets** and **NonceLabs** . If you spend your time understanding what’s happening in crypto Twitter, follow emerging AI products, know why narratives matter in Web3, and can turn a technical product into something people actually want to talk about—this role is for you. What You’ll Own You will be responsible for taking products from: **“We built something interesting.”** **to** **“Everyone in the ecosystem knows about it.”** **Your job will cover strategy + content + community + growth + partnerships + experiments.** 1. Product & Growth Marketing - Develop GTM strategies for Web3, crypto and AI products - Build positioning, messaging and product narratives - Identify ICPs, user personas and growth channels - Design and execute growth experiments - Own acquisition and activation campaigns - Develop referral, ambassador, community and ecosystem growth programs - Track funnels from awareness ? acquisition ? activation ? retention - Work closely with founders and product teams to translate product features into compelling market propositions 2. Web3 & Crypto Marketing You should already understand the ecosystem—not learn it after joining. You should be comfortable with concepts such as: **DeFi • DEXs • CEXs • wallets • tokens • liquidity • airdrops • points • DAOs • NFTs • on-chain activity • trading • prediction markets • crypto communities • KOLs • ecosystem partnerships** **You don't need to be a developer.** **But you do need to understand what developers, traders, degens, investors and Web3 users are talking about.** 3. AI Marketing AI is not a buzzword for us. You should understand the current AI ecosystem well enough to: - Identify emerging AI narratives and trends - Position AI products for different audiences - Use AI tools extensively in your own marketing workflow - Build AI-assisted content and growth systems - Experiment with AI agents, automation and AI-native workflows - Understand how AI is changing product discovery, content and distribution - Translate technical AI concepts into simple, compelling narratives **Bonus:** Experience marketing AI agents, LLM products, automation platforms or AI infrastructure. 4. Content & Narrative You will be expected to **think and create** , not simply outsource everything. You should be able to develop: - X/Twitter content - LinkedIn content - Product announcements - Threads - Founder-led content - Short-form video concepts - Educational content - Product explainers - Campaign concepts - Landing-page messaging - Email campaigns - Community announcements - KOL/influencer briefs 5. Community & Ecosystem Build relationships across the ecosystem with: - Crypto communities - KOLs / influencers - Traders - Founders - Developers - Protocols - DAOs - Investors - AI communities - Web3 media - Ecosystem partners You should know how to identify the right people, approach them, create mutually beneficial collaborations and turn partnerships into measurable growth. 6. Data-Driven Growth Creativity without measurement isn't enough. You will track and improve metrics such as: - Website traffic - CAC - Conversion rate - Activation rate - Retention - Community growth - Engagement - Organic acquisition - User acquisition - Campaign ROI - Content performance - Referral growth - Product adoption You should be comfortable with analytics and turning data into: **“This worked. This didn't.
