**Position Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
**Regional Field Sales Lead**
to build, lead, and scale our
**Web3 Card field activation team**
across Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

This role owns the strategy and execution for
**on-the-ground growth of card issuance, user acquisition, and transaction volume**
. You will build a high-performing field sales engine, drive local activation programs, and work cross-functionally to accelerate product adoption in key markets:
**Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Singapore**
.

Ideal candidates come from
**credit cards, consumer payments, or fintech**
, with strong experience in field sales, card activation, and large-scale user growth.

**What You’ll Do**

**1. Market Growth & Field Strategy**

- Own the strategy for offline / on-ground card acquisition, activation, and spending growth across SEA & Taiwan.
- Design scalable field sales playbooks for local teams, partners, and activation channels.
- Build a deep understanding of local consumer behaviour, payment ecosystems, and card usage patterns.

**2. Team Leadership & Execution**

- Build and manage country-level field sales teams (recruiting, training, KPIs, quota).
- Drive daily, weekly, and quarterly performance reviews to ensure strong execution and high productivity.
- Lead incentive programs, merchant-side activations, and community-based user growth.

**3. Partnerships & Local Expansion**

- Identify and build offline growth partnerships: communities, lifestyle merchants, fintech channels, Web3 events, KOL/KOC networks, card promoters, etc.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.

**4. Data-Driven Growth**

- Monitor KPIs across issuance, activation, MAU, and transaction volume.
- Use data insights to refine sales strategy, improve field ops efficiency, and optimize ROI.
- Report performance and insights to senior leadership.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Minimum Qualifications**

- 6–10 years of experience in
**field sales, card business, consumer payments, fintech, or financial services**
.
- Hands-on experience building or leading
**credit card / debit card / payment card**
acquisition teams.
- Strong understanding of card activation mechanisms, user funnels, and incentive models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-market coordination skills.
- Based in SEA with ability to travel frequently across regional markets.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in card issuing (Visa / Mastercard products), e-wallets, or BNPL.
- Built field sales operations from 0→1 or scaled teams across multiple markets.
- Experience in Web3, crypto wallets, or digital asset consumer products (nice to have, not mandatory).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive data-backed decisions.
