Head of AML – Leading Crypto Firm

**The Role** My client is a leading Crypto Firm and we are looking for a Head of AML join the team in Singapore. You will be overseeing the AML pillar and will be leading a team.   Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the firm’s global AML strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and business goal - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing AML team across multiple jurisdictions - Act as the primary subject matter expert on AML, FCC, and KYC matters - Conduct enterprise-wide AML risk assessments and implement risk-based controls tailored to crypto-specific risks such as on-chain activity, DeFi exposure, and cross-border transactions. - Develop internal policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization.  Requirements: - Bachelors’ degree in a related field - At least 8 years of AML experience – ideally with experience across payments and crypto - Ability to lead a team - Able to work independently - Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders WT EA Personnel No R1985201 BeathChapman Pte Ltd Licence No 16S8112
