Head of Crypto

Location: Dubai or India

Our client, a large and well-funded conglomerate, is expanding into the crypto trading space. They’re seeking an experienced systematic crypto trader to establish and lead this new vertical.

**Role Overview:**

You will be responsible for designing and executing quantitative crypto trading strategies while managing the entire trading lifecycle end-to-end.

**Requirements:**

- Proven track record of profitable, systematic crypto trading
- Strong proficiency in C++ or Python
- Experience managing the entire trading stack- strategy design, execution, risk, operations, and reporting, end-to-end
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Financial Engineering, or related fields (Tier 1 institutions preferred)
