We are building infrastructure for the next phase of the digital economy and looking for outstanding finance professionals to support this journey. **Overview** We are seeking a **Head of Finance Business Partnering** to lead Accounting， FBP and FP&A functions and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role will own the alignment between financial strategy and business objectives, drive enterprise-wide performance management, and provide forward-looking insights to support key decision-making. As a core member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, improving profitability, and building a scalable finance framework to support global expansion. No crypto background required — we welcome candidates from internet, tech, or other fast-paced industries who are curious about the industry and eager to grow with it. **What You’ll Do** **Strategic Finance Leadership** - Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating business strategy into financial plans and actionable insights - Drive alignment between financial goals and business priorities across all functions - Lead enterprise-level performance reviews and provide forward-looking recommendations **Planning & Budget Management** - Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes - Establish and continuously refine performance management frameworks (revenue, profitability, cash flow, ROI) - Ensure strong financial discipline and visibility across business units **Business Partnering & Decision Support** - Partner closely with business leaders (e.g., Product, Trading, Growth) to support strategic initiatives and optimize decision-making - Identify key value drivers, growth levers, and efficiency opportunities across core business lines - Drive data-informed decision-making and embed financial thinking into business processes **Financial Analysis & Insights** - Oversee high-quality financial analysis, including profitability, cost structure, and investment returns - Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders - Lead the development of dashboards and management reporting frameworks **Risk Management & Governance** - Identify financial risks and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements - Provide financial perspective on major business decisions and investments **Team Leadership & Capability Building** - Build and lead a high-performing FBP team, fostering strong business acumen and analytical capabilities - Develop scalable processes, tools, and frameworks to support a fast-growing organization - Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement **Finance Transformation & Innovation** - Drive finance transformation initiatives, including automation, data infrastructure, and analytics capabilities - Leverage data and technology to enhance decision-making efficiency and accuracy - Champion best practices in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) **What We’re Looking For** - Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; CPA/CFA preferred - 8–10+ years of experience in finance, with strong background in FP&A / FBP leadership roles - Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth environment - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to business outcomes - Deep expertise in financial planning, performance management, and business analytics - Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels - Strong ownership mindset, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, global environment - Fluent in English as a working language **Nice to Have** - Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or internet companies - Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations - Strong data capabilities (Excel modeling, SQL, BI tools, etc.) - Experience working in global, multi-entity environments
