**Head of Payment Operations: Digital Assets (Crypto/Fintech/Payments)** Our client is a Singapore based fintech group with regional hubs in Lithuania and Dubai, and operations in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Their operation is fully legal and compliant, with licenses in multiple countries and jurisdictions globally. Via their flagship product, they offer a cross-border payment solution infrastructure for money transfer operators, local banks, and corporates. With their mobile application, their retail customers and SMEs across Southeast Asia can send money to their families, friends, and business partners around the world. **Role Overview** Lead and scale global payment operations across fiat and digital asset rails, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliability. **Job Type:** Full Time **Workplace:** Remote **Location:** Singapore **Requirements** - 8–12+ years in payments, fintech, or digital assets operations - Strong knowledge of crypto infrastructure, wallets, and blockchain settlement flows - Experience working with regulators in Singapore or Hong Kong - Proven leadership in scaling operations teams across regions - Strong analytical, risk management, and stakeholder management skills **Responsibilities** - Oversee end-to-end payment operations (fiat, crypto, on/off-ramps, settlements) - Build and optimize scalable operational processes for high-volume transactions - Ensure compliance with regional regulations (MAS, HKMA, AML/CFT frameworks) - Manage relationships with banks, payment partners, and blockchain providers - Drive automation, reconciliation accuracy, and operational risk controls - Lead incident management, SLA performance, and continuous improvement - Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations team
