**Responsibilities** - Lead the team to carry out the entire risk control and compliance process - Lead the construction of the risk control system adapted to cross-border payment business, covering risk scenarios such as transaction fraud, fund security, cross-border clearing, and exchange rate fluctuations - Formulate risk control strategies, model rules, and operating procedures - Oversee the company's compliance management efforts, track domestic and international regulatory policies on cross-border payments, foreign exchange management, anti-money laundering, and data security - Oversee the major risk control and compliance incidents, establish a routine risk monitoring and compliance inspection mechanism to provide timely warnings and resolve potential risks - As the core contact person for risk control and compliance, liaise with domestic and international regulatory agencies, cooperate with inspections, respond to inquiries, and submit various documents **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, law, statistics, risk control or related fields - Candidate with qualifications such as CPA, CAMS is a plus - 8-10 years of experience in risk control and compliance in the financial industry, including at least 3-5 years of experience managing risk control and compliance teams in cross-border payments, licensed financial institutions, or fintech companies - Proficient in cross-border payment business logic, familiar with domestic and international regulatory frameworks (foreign exchange management, anti-money laundering, payment license regulation, etc - Excellent team management, cross-departmental collaboration, and communication skills - Excellent command of English and Chinese
