About the Role
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and source potential clients for Bridgenix through existing networks, professional connections, and proactive market outreach
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales by driving engagement and facilitating deal progression
- Facilitate initial client introductions and support early-stage discussions to align client needs with Bridgenix’s solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Bridgenix team to guide prospects through onboarding, due diligence, and approval processes
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with referred clients throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle
- Represent Bridgenix professionally and ethically, ensuring all activities comply with applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines
**Requirements**
- At least 2–5 years of experience in OTC or payment industry.
- Strong professional network within fintech, Web3, crypto, payments, or related financial services industries
- Proven ability to source, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client acquisition roles
- Good understanding of regulated financial services, compliance, and AML/KYC considerations
- Ability to identify suitable clients aligned with Bridgenix’s target customer profile and risk appetite
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
