HEAD OF WEB3 & BLOCKCHAIN MARKETING

We’re Hiring: Head of Web3 & Blockchain Marketing Remote or Hybrid | LATAM-compatible timezone preferred Full-Time | English & Spanish required Rush Ecosystems is looking for a strategic, execution-driven Head of Web3 & Blockchain Marketing to lead our global positioning, ecosystem growth, and institutional communications. Based in El Salvador, Rush Ecosystems is focused on building and expanding solutions across: - Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization - Blockchain infrastructure - Digital financial technologies - Web3 education and adoption - Institutional blockchain development This is an opportunity for a marketing leader who understands how to communicate the value of blockchain, tokenization, RWAs, and compliant digital asset solutions to investors, institutions, strategic partners, enterprise clients, and global Web3 audiences. This is not a speculative hype-driven marketing role. We are looking for someone capable of building credible, institutional-grade narratives around blockchain innovation and long-term ecosystem growth. Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute Rush Ecosystems’ global marketing strategy. - Lead positioning for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, RWAs, and Web3 financial technologies. - Drive ecosystem growth across LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, Reddit, and relevant Web3 channels. - Coordinate launch strategies for products, tokenization initiatives, partnerships, and educational programs. - Build institutional communication frameworks aligned with compliance and business priorities. - Lead internal and external marketing teams, agencies, content partners, PR firms, and Web3 collaborators. - Track campaign performance, KPIs, growth opportunities, and strategic outcomes. - Work closely with executive leadership, Legal & Compliance, Product, Operations, and Business Development. Required experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in senior marketing, growth, or ecosystem leadership roles within Web3, blockchain, tokenization, fintech, crypto infrastructure, digital assets, or related industries. - Proven understanding of blockchain ecosystems, tokenization, RWAs, Web3 market dynamics, and institutional positioning. - Experience leading multi-channel marketing strategies and coordinating high-growth initiatives. - Professional fluency in English and Spanish. - Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, international, and compliance-sensitive environments. Preferred background: - Experience in RWA tokenization or institutional blockchain projects. - Experience with regulated digital asset businesses. - Strong network across Web3, blockchain, fintech, or tokenization ecosystems. - Knowledge of the Latin American blockchain market. - Experience coordinating agencies, KOLs, partnerships, and global communities.
