As part of the Crypto Oasis ecosystem, we're building a space where communities can create, connect, and grow at the edge of blockchain and creative culture. **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a Web3-native leader to own Arte's ecosystem growth and day-to-day operations. As Head of Web3 Ecosystem & Operations, you'll be the person who turns strategy into action — managing a cross-functional team of developers, traders, auditors, content creators, and partnership managers, while representing Arte at the forefront of the global Web3 scene. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team across smart contract development, DeFi, content, auditing, and events — keeping everyone aligned and accountable - Shape and execute Arte's ecosystem growth strategy: partnerships, integrations, community initiatives, and expansion into new Web3 verticals - Build lasting relationships with the people and projects that matter — protocols, DAOs, NFT platforms, DeFi teams, investors, and creative communities - Own the operational backbone: workflows, tooling, reporting, and the cross-team processes that keep a fast-moving Web3 org running - Identify and close strategic partnership opportunities that move the needle on Arte's mission and reach - Stay ahead of ecosystem trends, spot emerging opportunities, and keep Arte positioned where the action is - Work closely with Crypto Oasis leadership on high-level strategy and community direction - Represent Arte at the world's top Web3 events — Token2049, Devcon, NFT Paris — with travel fully covered **Requirements** - 7+ years in operations, ecosystem development, BD, or strategic leadership — ideally in Web3, fintech, or tech - 3+ years managing or leading cross-functional teams with real results to show for it - Genuine familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem: blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, tokenized assets — not just on paper - Proven track record of building partnerships, closing deals, and driving growth under pressure - Strong communicator and negotiator with solid stakeholder management skills - Someone who can zoom out on vision and still stay hands-on with execution - Comfortable in a remote-first, high-autonomy setup across global time zones **Nice-to-Haves** - Hands-on experience with DAOs, NFT platforms, or DeFi protocols - Multilingual — Arabic, Spanish, French, or other languages are a real advantage for global outreach - Experience leading distributed remote teams across multiple time zones **What We Offer** - Competitive salary: € 170,000 – €230,000 EUR per year depending on experience - Performance bonus tied to ecosystem growth and team milestones - Token/equity incentives in Arte and Crypto Oasis projects - Full benefits: health insurance, retirement contributions, generous PTO - Remote-first with optional presence in Dubai - Fully covered travel to represent Arte at top-tier global Web3 conferences - Access to premium tools and ongoing learning in Web3 - A real leadership seat at one of the most exciting intersections of art, technology, and blockchain — with genuine influence over where it goes next **How to Apply** Apply directly through LinkedIn or send your resume/CV, LinkedIn profile, a brief cover letter (what draws you to Arte and this role) to: info@arte.community
