About the Role
We are exclusively mandated by a leading global digital assets platform to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Hong Kong team. This is a high-impact role supporting customer-facing and operational business functions within a fast-paced, high-growth international environment.
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in dynamic organisations, has exceptional stakeholder management skills, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
**The Opportunity**
Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will partner closely with business leaders across customer-facing and operational functions to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.
This role requires an individual who is highly resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing business priorities with employee needs in a demanding, 24/7 operational environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic and operational HR guidance across the employee lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support teams operating in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, including Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or similar functions
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement initiatives
- Drive organisational change, restructuring, and transformation projects aligned with business objectives
- Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop succession planning and capability-building strategies
- Utilise people analytics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal governance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and continuously improve HR programmes, policies, and processes
- Champion a high-performance culture while maintaining strong employee engagement and wellbeing
**The Profile**
- Significant HR Business Partnering experience within fast-paced industries such as technology, digital platforms, fintech, e-commerce, consumer internet, retail, or other high-growth environments
- Experience supporting customer-facing or operational functions, particularly teams operating in 24/7 environments such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, or similar
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand business priorities while balancing employee needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong emotional intelligence with a high sensitivity to both business and people-related matters
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
