With more than a decade of experience, trusted technology partners, nationwide presence, and a team of competent industry professionals, we aim to deliver managed services anytime, anywhere, to help businesses excel in their respective fields with improved internal and external operations. **Scope of Work / Responsibilities** The **Associate DLT Analyst** position requires a foundational understanding of blockchain concepts, a willingness to learn enterprise-level practices, and the ability to support business and technical teams in implementing distributed ledger solutions. A successful candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a team-oriented organization. Detailed Tasks / Expected Output1. Internal Business Requirements Coordination - Support stakeholder engagement by assisting in planning and participating in stakeholder interviews and workshops across relevant business units (e.g., Treasury, IT, Risk, Legal, Operations) to capture pain points, opportunities, and success metrics. - Assist with process mapping by producing as-is and to-be process maps, defining KPIs, and performing gap analysis across related initiatives. - Contribute to cost-benefit assessments and delivery options (buy, build, or partner) for prospective pilots. - Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and implementation roadmaps. 2. External Engagement Coordination - Support requirements gathering sessions with vendors and industry partners. - Help document functional and non-functional requirements, with guidance from senior team members, focusing on blockchain-enabled applications. 3. Technical Options & Pilot Planning - Collaborate with the supervisor to evaluate the suitability of DLT architectures and approaches for proposed pilot initiatives. - Work with project leads, where required, to help organize and refine the roadmap for blockchain and distributed ledger innovation initiatives. Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Work Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Open to recent graduates with limited professional experience, providing structured mentorship and hands-on exposure to blockchain and distributed ledger technology initiatives. Essential Skills & Experience - Understanding of blockchain technologies, banking systems, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 20022). - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin) is an advantage but not required. Preferred Qualifications - Internship or academic project experience in financial services, fintech, or technology innovation. - Familiarity with cryptography, digital asset custody, or resiliency concepts is desirable but not required. - Basic knowledge of international financial regulations or frameworks (e.g., Basel) related to digital assets and post-trade processes. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Experience: - blockchain technologies, banking systems: 1 year (Required) - financial or fintech: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ortigas
