Junior Developer (Blockchain / HR SaaS)

Join our small team at the Hong Kong Science Park to shape the future of HR. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a passionate Junior Developer to design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and core blockchain protocols for our stablecoin payroll platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain architecture, cryptography, and decentralized application (DApp) development. **(Candidates with less experience in Blockchain but interested and willing to learn are also welcome to apply.)** **Key Responsibilities:** Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on mainstream chains (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain) by working with WaaS infrastructure partners and banks Implement and maintain core blockchain protocols and infrastructure components. Conduct thorough code reviews and security audits of smart contracts. Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate blockchain functionalities into the overall platform. Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, security best practices, and industry trends. Participate in the architectural design and technical decision-making process. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ year of experience preferred in SaaS/ blockchain development, with a strong focus on smart contracts. (\*\*Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.) Experience with blockchain development frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry). Solid understanding of blockchain principles, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic protocols. Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries for blockchain interaction. Ability to apply AI in daily coding and development work Experience with version control systems (Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong Mandarin/English communication skills (written and verbal). **Nice to Have:** Experience with Layer 2 solutions (e.g., Polygon, Arbitrum). Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155). Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
