## **Track 1: Cybersecurity Focus (1-Year Renewable Contract)** *Designed for junior professionals aspiring to specialize in enterprise IT security and digital resilience.* - **Core Projects:** Assist with a major cloud-based Web Application Firewall (WAF) migration, monitor enterprise AI tool usage policies under the Secure AI Assurance Program, and support market evaluations for next-generation Cyber Risk Assessment (CRA) platforms. - **Key Responsibilities:** Handle daily security monitoring, validate WAF policies, track milestones/risks, help maintain compliance dashboards, and curate security awareness materials. - **Work Arrangement:** 5 days a week onsite at the Manila HQ. ## **Track 2: Blockchain / DLT Focus (6-Month Renewable Contract)** *Designed for junior professionals passionate about decentralized systems, fintech, and digital trust.* - **Core Projects:** Work within the Digital Innovation Sandbox to coordinate business requirements for enterprise Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) initiatives, map financial processing workflows, and assess cost-benefit models for future pilots. - **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct stakeholder interviews across Treasury, Risk, and Legal units; document functional requirements for blockchain applications; and coordinate directly with external global tech vendors. - **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid layout (up to 3 days a week onsite at the Manila HQ). ## **Requirements & Qualifications** **General Experience & Education:** - **Experience:** **At least one (1) year of related experience** (this can include junior professional experience, structured technical apprenticeship programs, or high-impact corporate internships/capstone projects). - **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a highly related technical field. - **Soft Skills:** Exceptional written and oral English communication skills. Highly coachable, proactive, possessing a strong growth mindset, and an impeccable eye for handling confidential data with discretion. **Track-Specific Technical Baselines:** - **For Cybersecurity:** Foundational knowledge of the CIA triad, OWASP Top 10, basic cloud concepts (Azure/AWS/GCP), and exposure to scripting (Python/PowerShell) or Power BI. Entry certifications like Security+ or ISC2 CC are highly advantageous. - **For Blockchain/DLT:** Foundational understanding of distributed ledger systems, cryptography, digital assets, and banking data standards (e.g., ISO 20022). Familiarity with international financial frameworks (e.g., BASEL) is a plus.
