Junior Operations Executive (AI-based Web3 Search Engine) Location: Hong Kong, China Employment Type: Full-time Requirement: Must have full working rights in Hong Kong Job Responsibilities 1. Execute operational plans, including daily community management, content publishing, campaign follow-up, and data tracking. 2. Manage and maintain Telegram / Discord / Twitter / community channels; respond to user inquiries and collect feedback in a timely manner. 3. Assist in content creation: user tutorials, campaign copy, educational articles, product updates, etc. 4. Monitor operational data, submit daily / weekly reports on time, and help optimize operations. 5. Support the team in product promotion, partnership coordination, offline events, and other execution work. 6. Follow team arrangements with strong execution, high dedication, and proactive support to ensure tasks are completed on time and to high standards. Requirements 1. Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Hong Kong. 2. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of working experience (operation / marketing / community / Web3 experience is a plus). 3. Basic knowledge and strong interest in Web3, blockchain, and crypto industry; long-term commitment is a plus. 4. Highly execution-oriented, detail-minded, willing to commit, quick to learn, and able to work under pressure. 5. Good teamwork and communication skills; proactive, responsible, and reliable. 6. Fluent in English and Chinese; Cantonese is a plus; proficient in office software. 7. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced startup environment.
