Junior Quant Trader - Crypto HFT

A leading global trading firm within digital assets is expanding their capital markets and systematic trading business. Operating at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto, the firm provides institutional-grade liquidity, market making, and trading solutions across global digital asset markets.

As a Quant Trader, you will focus on the execution and enhancement of systematic trading strategies in cryptocurrency markets. The role is trading-led, with a strong emphasis on market behaviour, execution quality, and performance optimisation rather than pure research or engineering. You will analyse market microstructure, refine existing automated strategies, and contribute to the development of new data-driven trading models.

Working closely with experienced traders, quants, and technologists, you will have direct impact on live trading performance in fast-moving markets.

Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in trading, ideally from a bank, trading firm, or electronic trading environment
- Strong execution trading background; pure execution traders are welcome
- Experience with systematic or semi-systematic strategies (fully systematic preferred)
- Proficiency in Python
- Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance)
