**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Junior Research Analyst to join our investment team in either Hong Kong or Shanghai. This role is designed for a professional with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about the intersection of finance and technology. You will play a key role in identifying market trends, evaluating disruptive projects, and supporting our growing portfolio of crypto investments.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Sector Research & Policy Tracking**
: Conduct in-depth research on the blockchain ecosystem and digital assets. Stay ahead of global regulatory shifts and policy changes impacting the FinTech and crypto space.
- **Investment Due Diligence**
: Assist in the end-to-end investment process, including market mapping, financial modeling, and drafting comprehensive investment memos for the Investment Committee.
- **Portfolio Management**
: Support post-investment activities by monitoring portfolio performance, preparing periodic updates, and providing strategic support to portfolio companies.
- **Market Updates**
: Produce high-quality daily/weekly market research reports and internal newsletters to keep the team informed of industry developments.
- **Cross-functional Support**
: Assist in other operational and strategic tasks as needed by the investment team.
- **Social Media & Ecosystem (Bonus)**
: Assist in managing the firm’s digital presence or social media channels to enhance brand visibility within the Web3 and FinTech communities.

**Requirements**

- **Experience**
: 1–3 years of professional experience in Equity Research, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a strategic role at a leading Internet/Tech company.
- **Education**
: Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Knowledge & Passion**
: Deep interest in Digital Assets, DeFi, and Blockchain innovation. We value candidates who look at this space through a "FinTech innovation" lens rather than pure speculation.
