LatAm Treasury & Recon Analyst – LATAM (Fintech /

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive LatAm Treasury & Recon Analyst to join our Regional Finance team. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing treasury operations across multiple LATAM markets and acting as a key bridge between traditional banking infrastructure and digital asset operations. You will play a critical role in scaling our financial operations, ensuring strong internal controls, and supporting the growth of our fintech platform across the region. **About the role** Responsibilities - **LATAM Treasury Operations** - Execute payment instructions across LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Brazil) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls. - Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners and financial service providers. - Monitor daily liquidity positions and prepare treasury reports and bank reconciliations. - Maintain and manage bank accounts, including access controls, limits, and documentation. - **Crypto & Digital Asset Operations** - Oversee digital asset transactions, ensuring compliance with internal security and documentation protocols. - Perform monthly reconciliations across bank statements, ERP (NetSuite), and on-chain systems (e.g., BitWave). - Support the integration and optimization of fiat and crypto payment flows. - **Controls, Compliance & Reporting** - Enforce approval workflows across bank accounts and wallets. - Support audits and ensure compliance with local regulations across LATAM. - Collaborate with Accounting and HR for secure payroll execution. **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or payments across multiple LATAM countries. - Experience with regional payment systems (SPEI, PIX, PSE, etc.). - Exposure to crypto or digital asset operations is highly preferred. - Strong experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar). - Fluent in Spanish and working proficiency in English. **Skills** High-impact role with regional ownership.
