M&A Scout – Blockchain

Wealthrone is a serial acquirer focused on buying profitable, institutional-grade blockchain and digital asset businesses. We are looking for well-connected acquisition scouts and introducers who can connect us with off-market acquisition opportunities. **Your Role** - Introduce blockchain and digital asset companies that may be interested in discussing a sale or merger - Source opportunities through your own network and relationships, not from public deal platforms or broker listings This is a pure commission-based remote freelancer role with no fixed salary. You receive compensation when Wealthrone acquires a business you introduced. **What We Are Looking For** We are interested in acquiring profitable blockchain businesses with: - $1M-$20M EBITDA - Strong and proven business models - Real products or services that create value for the ecosystem Examples include infrastructure, financial services, payments, custody, trading technology, data, software, compliance, and other institutional-grade service providers. We are NOT interested in tokens, memecoins, NFTs, or early-stage projects. We don't invest in startups - we acquire established businesses and support their growth. **What You Get** - Generous success fee model - Flexible engagement structure (part-time or full-time)
