Marketing Associate (Web3)

As part of our team, you’ll work with some of the most exciting players in Web3 and help bridge the gap between vision and execution. As a **Marketing Associate** , you’ll join our fast-moving Strategy & Growth division. You’ll contribute to high-impact campaigns across the firm, our corporate innovation sandbox **Lightningbox** , and our Geneva-based community hub **Decentral House** . From content and community to communications and research, you’ll help shape narratives that advance ecosystems. **⚡️ Hiring for Values** - **Ambitious craftsmanship** – We aim high and deliver meaningful results - **Transparent partnership** – We own our work and support others - **Passionate discovery** – We go deep and stay curious - **Purposeful teamwork** – We collaborate with intention **⚡️ Responsibilities** - Manage ongoing campaigns and growth initiatives - Create and publish multi-platform content (LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.) - Assist in the promotion of research reports and thought leadership - Help manage social media presence and engagement analytics - Organise events at our Innovation Centre in Geneva (Decentral House) - Collaborate across legal, strategy, design, and research teams **⚡️ Requirements** - 3+ years of experience in similar environments - Strong written English and French with an instinct for storytelling - Interest in Web3, marketing, and creative strategy - Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, ChatGPT, or similar - Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a remote setup This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to marketing within the Web3 industry. You’ll be trusted to contribute, experiment, and grow within a high-performing, remote-first team. Familiarity with digital media and innovation ecosystems is a plus.
