This role requires creativity, market insight, and strong coordination skills, offering opportunities to work on strong brand recognition, high engagement, and direct support for business goals in quantitative trading, investment, and Web3/crypto spaces.   This is a core position within the Research team, ideal for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of the entire process - from strategy to execution, measurement, and optimization.  **Key Responsibility** - Closely collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns (content creation, engagement, community building, and paid campaigns when needed). - Collaborate with Web3 KOLs/Influencers for marketing campaigns - Track campaign performance: monitor KPIs, measure data, and prepare performance reports. - Stay on top of trends, conduct competitor research, and propose creative content ideas tailored to the Quantitative Trading, Investment, and Web3/crypto industry. - Provide regular reports on channel growth results and campaign effectiveness. **What you will bring** - Mandatory Requirements: - **Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing** . - Must provide a portfolio or concrete proof to demonstrate the experience - Highly proactive, extremely responsible, and capable of working independently in a startup environment with minimal rigid processes. - Good English skills (reading & writing) to follow international resources, materials, and global trends. - Preferred Requirements (Bonus): - Experience building channels in the fields of Finance, Investment, Trading, Crypto/Web3 is a very strong advantage. - Basic knowledge of running ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads…) or collaborating with KOLs/Influencers. - Strong writing skills, sensitivity to trends, and the ability to communicate and engage naturally and effectively with the community. **What you can expect** - Salary range: 12,000,000 – 20,000,000++ VND/month (negotiable based on skills & portfolio).  Lunch allowance after signing the official contract (700.000 VNĐ/month) - ONLY 1-month probation at 85% salary - Social insurance after signing official labour contract - Happy Hour per week - Holiday/Tết bonuses, and performance bonuses. - Modern, dynamic, and highly creative startup environment.  **Office:** 27 Le Van Luong, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi **Working time:** 8:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays per month.
