As we scale globally, we’re looking for a
**data-driven Marketing Manager**
to architect our growth strategy, lead a high-performance cross-functional team, and expand Holdstation’s footprint across the global Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead & scale Web3 marketing team (5–12)
- Build and execute Go-to-Market strategy cho token / DeFi / NFT / GameFi
- Drive wallet acquisition, on-chain activation, token holder growth
- Develop token narrative & positioning theo market cycle
- Manage KOL crypto, community (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X)
- Optimize CAC, cost per wallet, on-chain conversion
- Lead TGE / IDO / listing campaigns
- Report growth metrics & token performance to CEO/Board

Requirements

- 6+ years marketing, 2+ years trong Web3/Crypto
- Experience launching token / Web3 product
- Strong understanding tokenomics & crypto growth channels
- Data-driven (Dune, on-chain analytics, performance marketing)
- Experience leading team & scaling global community
