This is a critical individual contributor role for the first 3 months (probation period), with significant potential to grow into a leadership position as the team scales. **Key Responsibilities** - **Channel Development** : Identify and build new distribution channels including communities, KOLs, media, partnerships, Telegram, YouTube, and similar platforms. - **Campaign Management** : Design and execute trading campaigns (volume contests, referral programs, deposit bonuses) with a measurable ROI, focusing on pipeline growth over vanity metrics. - **Event Planning** : Plan and run online events (webinars, Twitter Spaces, AMAs, trading competitions) and offline events (crypto conferences, meetups, VIP dinners). - **Messaging & Positioning** : Translate complex trading mechanics into clear, compelling marketing narratives. Contribute creatively to brand consistency and positioning. - **Market Intelligence** : Track competitor campaigns, fee structures, and product updates to surface opportunities. Collect and synthesize market insights and community feedback to inform strategy. - **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Work closely with BD, VIP, Product, Growth, and Events teams to align marketing with product and event roadmaps. **Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)** - Experience: 5+ years in growth, marketing, or distribution-focused roles. - Industry Knowledge: Experience with CFD (Contracts for Difference) is mandatory. - Professional Finance Background: Candidates must have held a professional role in proprietary trading, market making, institutional sales & trading, or a related front office finance position. *Personal trading experience alone is not sufficient.* - **Core Competencies:** - Demonstrated experience growing pipeline and acquiring audiences, not just running campaigns. - Strong, data-driven approach: able to build and present a conversion plan, growth plan, and market intelligence view. - Track record of building distribution channels from scratch (communities, KOLs, partnerships). - **Candidate Profile:** - Local Filipino only. - Young professionals (as per strategic preference). - No job hopping history. - Native-level English (written & spoken). - Comfortable working independently and end-to-end during the 3-month solo probation period. **Why You Should Apply:** o  Our industry has the potential to reshape how the world operates in ways few other sectors can. o  Be part of a streamlined structure that empowers high performance and fast results. o  Permanent role **Interviewing Process:** HR call (1015min) > Interview with Direct Manager > Interview with Senior VPs > Compensation and culture discussion with HRBP
