**Company Description** Pando Infinity Labs is a technology startup building innovative software and application products, including Web3-based projects. **Role Description** Marketing & Partnership Executive (Web3 Product) **Marketing** - Design and run growth experiments to drive user acquisition - Optimize acquisition funnels and track performance metrics - Plan and execute content and campaigns that support growth **Partnerships** This is a relationship and co-marketing role, not a deal-negotiation or sales role. - Identify and reach out to potential partners - Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, communities, other projects - Coordinate collaborative and co-marketing programs with partners **Qualifications** - Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto communities is a strong plus - Prior experience in marketing or partnerships at a tech/startup company preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience - Strong written English - Energetic and highly adaptable, Web3 trends, narratives, and community sentiment can shift within days; you need to be comfortable changing direction fast **Culture & Perks** - Dynamic, flat, and transparent working environment. - Daily snacks, drinks, and frequent team bonding activities. **Working Hours** - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (lunch break 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM). - Public holidays and annual leave in accordance with Vietnamese labor law.
