Mid-Senior Crypto Developer

**Key Requirements** - 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8 +years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) - Strong experience in building scalable, high-performing distributed systems including APIs, orchestration layers, 3rd party integrations, monitoring & alerts, and high availability - Strong experience in the entire Secure Software Development Life cycle including version control, CI/CD, unit-testing and performance testing - Strong understanding of blockchain technologies (public and permissioned), De-Fi apps, security protocols, private key custody, distributed ledgers – Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger etc. - Strong understanding of Solidity, Assembly, and the EVM technologies - Full-stack software development experience a plus - Motivated and fast learner of new technologies to solve complex problems - Experience in payments and financial services compliance, payments ecosystems and payment processing flows - Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise way; ability to influence and develop relationships with key partners **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade crypto and blockchain-based products. - Build scalable, high-performing distributed systems, APIs, orchestration layers, and third-party integrations. - Drive end-to-end software development, from architecture and design through deployment and production support. - Develop and enhance backend services using Java and modern engineering practices. - Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences using Angular. - Ensure application security, reliability, monitoring, and high availability. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and software quality standards. - Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions in the digital payments and financial services domain. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve system performance and scalability. - Stay current with emerging blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial technology trends. **FYI** - Preference for candidates with blockchain, crypto, fintech, or payments domain experience. - Experience in both backend (Java) and frontend (Angular) development is highly preferred.
