Operation Manager (Social & Community/ Web3)

**Responsibilities** - **Regional Community Building & Operations** — Focus on high-net-worth regions to build precise crypto wealth management communities (Telegram, Discord, and other localized channels). Establish clear conversion and referral funnels for each regional community. Collaborate with Content and Social Media leads, aligning with product updates to deliver high-value educational content, investment strategies, and market analysis at least 1–2 times per week. - **Regional KOL Matrix & Channel Acquisition** — Build and maintain a long-term KOL partnership matrix in each target region. Co-host AMAs with local KOLs, distribute exclusive invitation codes, and offer community-specific yield bonuses and incentives. Transition KOL partnerships from one-off campaigns to long-term revenue-sharing models tied to Assets Under Management (AUM). - **Community Conversion** — Design exclusive deposit incentive pathways linked to community identity and reputation systems. Foster trust by incentivizing funded users to promote the platform and share their yield experiences. Track community conversion metrics monthly and continuously optimize the conversion funnel. - **Localized Events** — Plan and execute quarterly offline community gatherings in key cities, including small-scale meetups and strategy-sharing sessions. **Requirements** - Must be proficient in English as a working language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to independently engage with international media and global communities. - Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in the Web3 industry, with a strong international perspective. Deep familiarity with the operating mechanics and growth strategies of major social platforms and Web3 projects - Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and storytelling ability, capable of translating complex fintech concepts into clear and compelling market narratives - Highly attuned to crypto industry trends, with the agility to identify emerging opportunities and leverage them for timely, high-impact marketing - Demonstrated ability for deep, first-principles thinking about both the industry and the product - Prior startup experience is a plus .
