OTC Crypto Trader

We focus on building scalable trading operations designed to capture market inefficiencies while maintaining disciplined risk management and institutional-grade execution standards.

As we expand our over-the-counter (OTC) trading capabilities across global markets, we are seeking an experienced OTC Crypto Trader to manage large bilateral transactions, liquidity sourcing, and client-facing trade execution.

This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in fast-moving markets and are comfortable handling significant transaction sizes.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute large-volume OTC cryptocurrency trades with institutional and high-net-worth counterparties.
- Source and manage liquidity across exchanges, market makers, and private counterparties.
- Negotiate spreads, pricing, and settlement structures for bilateral transactions.
- Manage inventory risk and hedge exposure across spot and derivatives markets.
- Coordinate settlement flows, wallet transfers, and custody arrangements.
- Monitor market conditions to optimize execution timing and minimize slippage.
- Maintain accurate trade records and internal reporting standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience executing OTC crypto transactions with meaningful trade sizes.
- Strong understanding of spot markets, derivatives hedging, and liquidity management.
- Experience working with exchanges, liquidity providers, and private counterparties.
- Solid knowledge of blockchain settlements, wallet transfers, and custody solutions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and risk awareness.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
