OTC Crypto Trading Analyst

Heritier Capital Partners is expanding into digital assets and launching a dedicated OTC desk. We are looking for an OTC Crypto Trading Analyst to support pricing, execution, and market analysis across major digital assets. This is a fully remote role within a newly formed, fast-moving team. **About the role** You will work alongside the trading and research team to monitor markets, prepare quotes, and ensure smooth, accurate trade execution on our over-the-counter desk. **What you'll do** - Monitor crypto markets, liquidity, and pricing across exchanges and OTC venues - Support the preparation and validation of OTC quotes - Track trade flow and maintain accurate execution records - Produce daily market summaries and liquidity reports - Collaborate with operations and compliance to ensure clean settlement **What we're looking for** - 1+ year of experience in trading, markets, finance, or a related analytical role - Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets and OTC/spot trading concepts - Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfort with spreadsheets and data - High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Professional working proficiency in English **Compensation** €55,000 – €80,000 gross per year, plus performance-based bonus. **What we offer** - Fully remote work with flexible hours - Performance bonus tied to desk results - Opportunity to help build a new desk from the ground up - Professional development budget
