We are committed to expanding our footprint **in MENA marke** t and are seeking a highly motivated **Partner Acquisition Manager** to lead this effort. **About the Role** We re looking for a **Partner Acquisition Manager (PAM)** to help scale our global partner ecosystem. In this role, you ll be responsible for **finding, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners** who bring new traders to the platform. You ll own the journey from first contact through activation, working closely with partners to launch campaigns and reach performance milestones. This is a **hands-on, performance-driven role** with a clear impact on growth. **What You ll Do** **Partner Sourcing & Outreach** - Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies) - Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks - Run structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls **Qualification & Deal Management** - Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential - Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and promotion strategies - Present partnership models (revenue share, custom deals where applicable) - Negotiate terms and agree on short-term performance goals **Onboarding & Activation** - Onboard partners into tracking and partner systems - Educate partners on tools, tiers, and best practices - Support partners in launching their first campaigns - Monitor performance and help optimize towards activation **Performance Ownership** - Drive partners to reach **Active status (5+ first-time deposits)** - Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up discipline - Handover activated partners to Business Development Managers with full context **What Success Looks Like** - You consistently activate **new high-quality partners** - Partners launch campaigns quickly and effectively - You manage a clean, predictable pipeline - Partners trust you and stay engaged through activation **What We re Looking For** **Required** - Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within Trading industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Comfort working with targets and KPIs - Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven - Experience using CRMs and digital tools **Nice to Have** - Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or online platforms - Familiarity with influencer or affiliate ecosystems - Experience working with global partners **Why Join Us** - High-impact role tied directly to growth - Clear KPIs and ownership - Exposure to global markets and partners - Opportunity to grow into senior partnership or leadership roles
